What could be the cause of tightness, stiffness and pain in the back of the knee?
For about the last 6 months I had a few buttons on the back of the knee. It feels like your muscles are tight and burning and sometimes keep my legs straight. Things that make it worse kneeling, sitting cross-legged in front of me and sat on a chair for long periods of time. Do you have an idea what that might be caused by? Or that this condition might be called? Thank you!
Semper thank you: It appears that you have a problem sciatic nerve ... It works on the back of the leg, the buttocks to heal ... I think I would describe as a rubber band that has been drawn to the extreme ... You have problems with their back at all? This also occurs with back pain ... Do not these things that you just described ... aggravates condition ... I do not really see your doctor ... It is the only one who can assess your condition ... Six months is way to long to have this kind of pain! Email me if you want ..
